Hanna looks up, a little crosseyed at the heavy chin on his head, trying not to laugh. Its like Germaryah was half cat, half wolf all curled and laying on top of him like he was his personal wooby or a dog bed.

"I bet John would love that." He had cooked on board once, though it was with Trevor and his own heart hurts a little, thinking about it. God damnit.
Hanna is both. Also he can smother Hanna with his fur if he talks too much.

"I taught John about brining in Salt water. For frog legs. He gets me that as well as meat." He sighed, showing how little of him there was under the fur. "He knows I get self conscious about it. Plus, he likes making stuff people like. But. I wanna cook for him. Pay him back."
Hanna isnt one to comment on how skinny a guy is, he's still under his target hundred pounds, but he figures if John is feeding the kid, he'll put on some much needed weight.
"You know, paying anyone back is a game in learning how they'd most appreciate it." And since Hanna knows John, has had conversations with him about this very thing? He'll give Ger a hint.
"Cooking for him is a nice gesture, but cooking with him? I think he'd appreciate that a lot more. The god of self care thrives on quality time."

It was a little while before he spoke again. "Maybe I can co cook with John. He likes his kitchen space."

"Maybe." He offered. "I want to make something he'd like. Maybe something for Arthur too. Something he'd like. If he'd be okay with that. Maybe bake."
He felt a pang, as he thought of how he and Trevor had plans to cook on his fire pit.
